Well... I did get my refund without any problems, so that part was okay. The exchange just took a little longer than I expected

I ordered a few pairs of socks, and overall they’re okay, but the colors weren’t really what I thought I was getting from the website photos. One pair looked noticeably duller in person, and another was lighter than expected. It’s not the end of the world since they’re still wearable, but I do think it’s only fair for product photos to be more accurate so customers know what they’re paying for. Shipping was fine and the quality seems decent enough. I might order again, but I’d be more careful with the color choices next time.

I ordered a few pairs from socksfox.com and the delivery was faster than I thought it’d be. I got the dispatch email the next day, which was nice, and then the package showed up a couple days later. I was kind of expecting it to take longer, not sure why, maybe just used to waiting around for online orders.

These fit really comfortably and don’t slip around while I’m wearing them. To be fair, I can only speak for my own fit, but for me they feel just right.

These socks are really soft and comfy, a bit nicer than I thought they’d be. I wore them all day and they still felt good, no scratchy feeling or anything. There’s just something about it where I expected them to be a little thicker, so that’s the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. Still really happy with them overall.

I tried socksfox.com and it’s decent if you’re just looking for basic socks or maybe a couple fun pairs. I did find some I liked, but I thought there would be more to pick from.
It would be better if they had more colors, sizes, and different styles in stock. Not a bad site or anything, just felt kinda limited when I was browsing around...
